Compensation is clear and performance-driven: mentee estheticians begin at a solid base rate and transition to commission once they've built their foundation — starting at 50% and scaling up to 70% for high performers.
We also invest in your development through paid education, in-house training, and direct mentorship from an owner who is genuinely present. Our clients experience a luxury ritual every visit — and so does our team.
